▪ Most important needle-mover is onshore wind
▪ Average cost of achieving zero emissions with only domestic measures is USD 15.87/tCO2e.
▪ In international collaboration, costs can be reduced substantially, specifically eliminating the acceleration of cost increases when approaching the zero emissions point, for which green electricity trade is key
