• Maximum mitigation potential: 231.7 MtCO2e /yearMost important needle-mover is onshore wind; fossil fuel heaters are replaced by ammonia and electric industrial heaters
• Average cost of achieving zero emissions with only domestic measures is USD 1.59 /tCO2e.
• In international collaboration, domestic onshore wind plays an important role to facilitate collaboration, renewable energy electricity trade also dominates between Australia and Indonesia in order to reduce mitigation costs.
